Sam Mullman is a partner at Wellborn, Wallace & Mullman, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Sam has experience bringing and defending actions in federal and state courts, AAA arbitrations, and International Chamber of Commerce arbitrations. Sam’s work focuses on supporting the commercial needs and goals of his clients to ensure they are covered from beginning to end in disputes and litigation relating to intellectual property, real estate, construction, and genreal business matters. Sam also assists companies large and small with entity creation, corporate guidance, and intellectual property asset creation, protection, and enforcement.

Annie Seay is an attorney at Wellborn, Wallace & Mullman, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Annie’s practice consists of litigation matters ranging from breaches of contract, to construction, to defamation, and more. While primarily focused on litigation, Annie’s work also includes transactional matters in the general business and entertainment industries. While in law school at Emory University School of Law, Annie was a member of the Emory Law Journal, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, and the Sports and Entertainment Society. Annie graduated Emory Law with honors and as a published author for her student comment, Clearing Up the Confusion: A Three-Part Framework for Applying the Copyright Preemption Clause to Right of Publicity Claims, published in Volume 73, Issue 6 of the Emory Law Journal.
